Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, document review and a virtual tour of the program.

A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated on 07/14/2021 and concluded on 07/16/2021. The program owner and program director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 45 children, ages 13 months-11 years, with 7 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not cover in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
