Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 01/09/2023. There were 57 children, ages 21 months-12 years, and 8 staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programs, emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed in the following activities: the school-age children departing for school, a morning snack, free choice activities, story time, going outside to play and during lunch. A total of 5 children?s records,5 staff records, and 1 medication were reviewed during the inspection. The inspector discussed children?s allergies and infant care with the staff. The inspector arrived at 9:15 am and departed at 12:00 pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not cover in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
