Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 9:45 am-11:30 am. There were 11 children in care (two residential and two visiting) for a total of 28 points with two caregivers. The children were observed playing with the available toys. The new addition is a nice space for the children. Based on record review the provider and assistant do not have a minimum of 16 clock hours of annual training in areas relevant to their job responsibilities.
Evidence:
The provider has three hours of annual training and the assistant has 0 hours of annual training.
Plan of Correction: The provider will ensure that they both get the 16 hours of annual trainings.
