Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 9:45 am-11:30 am. There were 11 children in care (two residential and two visiting) for a total of 28 points with two caregivers. The children were observed playing with the available toys. The new addition is a nice space for the children. Two caregiver's records, one household member's record and five children's records were reviewed. If you have any questions contact your licensing inspector at (276) 608-2283. Evidence:
The provider has three hours of annual training and the assistant has 0 hours of annual training.
