Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 4/29/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection began at 9:45 am and ended at 11:30 am. There were nine children in care for a total of 28 points with two caregivers. The children were observed playing with the available toys. Two caregiver's records and one household member's records and five children's records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements.
