Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 2/6/2023 and concluded on 2/6/2023. There were seven children present with provider and assistant supervising. The point total was 24. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records were reviewed. The inspection started at 12:00 pm and concluded at 1:00 pm.
