Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated completed on 11/15/24. The on-site inspection began at 10:30 am and ended at 12:30 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. FDH: There were seven children present and three caregivers; the point total was 23. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and three caregiver/household member(s) records on-site.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1The hot water in the sink used by the children measured 128 degrees F.
