Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, document review and a virtual tour of the program.

A renewal inspection was initiated on 08/12/2021 and concluded on 08/18/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 17 children, ages 3 years-4 years, and 4 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, physical plants, programs, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 children's records, 2 staff records and 5 board officer/agent records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
