Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 05/01/2024. There were 29 children, ages 3 years-5 years, and 4 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, physical plant, programs, emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed during afternoon snack, in free choice activities, and in large motor play outside. A total of 5 children?s records and 4 medications were reviewed; staff records will be reviewed on a later date at the administration office. The inspector arrived to the center at 2:50 pm and departed at 4:15 pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
