An investigation was initiated on 2/15/22 and concluded on 3/18/22. A complaint was received by the department on 2/15/22 regarding an injury to a child in care. The allegation was investigated jointly with the local agency. An on-site inspection was conducted on 2/28/22. Interviews with staff were completed and documentation related to the incident was reviewed. Based on the information gathered during the investigation, there is not enough evidence to support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. No violations were issued.
