Inspector Notes

An announced consultative inspection was conducted today, August 23, 2021. Areas and spaces for use by the children were inspected and square footage measurements were taken. Total square footage: 562.29 square feet of classroom space. The square footage allows for a maximum capacity of 16 children in care, however capacity may be less depending upon the city issued certificate of occupancy.
The facility has 2 toilets and 2 sinks available to the children.
The fenced outdoor play area totaled 3826 square feet. At 75 square feet required per child, the playground area could accommodate 51 children at one time.
Equipment and learning materials were inspected.
Final health department approval and the issuance of a certificate of occupancy by the city are required prior to an address modification of the license.
