Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interview and a virtual tour of the program.
CHOOSE ONE:
A non-mandated monitoring inspection was initiated on 9/29/2021 and concluded on 9/29/2021. The inspector viewed the two classrooms that were set up with needed furniture supplies and equipment. There is a place for each child's belongings. All potentially hazardous substances and other dangerous objects were in drawers, closets or cabinets with locks and/or child proof latches.
Bathrooms were equipped with toilet tissue, hand soap and paper towels. First aid supplies were available. Policies and procedures have been updated for the new address.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
