Violations

1
Standard 8VAC20-780-550-D
The center shall implement a monthly practice evacuation drill.

A practice evacuation drill was not completed for the months of February 2024 and September 2024.
Plan of Correction: The center responded with the following: This was a misunderstanding by center management, as it was thought that if a shelter-in-place drill was conducted for that month that it replaced the practice evacuation drill. Going forward, center management will ensure that evacuation drills are practiced every month and that the required shelter-in-place and lockdown drills are completed in addition to the monthly evacuation drills.
