A subsidy inspection was conducted on 10/11/2022. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on a record review the vendor did not ensure all staff had the 3 hour required training that proceeded the 10 hour training.
Evidence:
Staff #3 and #4 did not have documentation of having taken the 3 hour subsidy pre-service training.

Plan of Correction: The vendor staff are management and have taken the 3hour training with other staff however, did not sign into their own account. This training will be completed by both staff.
