Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/15/2021and concluded on 11/29/2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 63 children present, ranging in ages from three to five, with 10 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records and two staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
