Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/13/2023 and concluded on 11/13/2023. There were 68 children present with 10 staff supervising, one family advocate and one kitchen staff present. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of seven child records and five staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 12:15 pm and concluded at 2:35 pm.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
