Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 10/14/25. The on-site inspection began at 10:50 am and ended at 12:10 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 17 children present and three staff. The inspector reviewed four children?s records on-site.
