Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was conducted 5/11/2022. Upon arrival to the center the children were outside on the playground. They had a water break while outside and later came in and prepared for lunch. Lunch met USDA requirements and hand washing was also observed.
Seventeen (17) children were present with three staff.
Five children's record's were reviewed.
