Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was completed on 11/16/2022. There were 14 children present with two staff supervising and one kitchen staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records were reviewed. The inspection started at 9:25 am and concluded at 11:00 am.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
