An unannounced, on-site monitor inspection was initiated and completed on 8/27/2024. The on-site inspection began at 11:20am and ended at 12:10pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were (4) children present and (1) caregiver; the point total was (9). The inspector reviewed (4) children?s records and (2) household/caregiver records on-site. This inspection included document review, emergency drill logs, tour of the facility and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
