An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 7/22/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:42am and ended at 10:15am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were three children present and one caregiver; the point total was 7. The inspector reviewed three children?s records and three caregiver/household member(s) records on-site on 7/22/2025.
This inspection included document review, tour of the home, and observations.
