Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an hybrid remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews, and an on-site inspection.

A non-mandated monitoring inspection was initiated on May 2, 2022 and concluded on May 4, 2022. The inspection was a focused inspection regarding a serious injury report that was received by the Office of Child Care Health & Safety (Valley) on April 27, 2022. The director was contacted and sent requested documentation for review. An on-site inspection was completed on May 4, 2022 from 3:00 p.m.-3:30 p.m.The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas physical plant, staffing and supervision, and special care and emergencies.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
