Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on December 1, 2025 and completed on December 9, 2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on November 24, 2025 relating to administration, staff qualifications and training, behavioral guidance, and parent communication. The inspector reviewed one child's record and two staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
