Inspector Notes

Thank you for your time and assistance with the unannounced focused monitoring inspection that was conducted on March 15, 2022 from 10:24 am-11:36 am. The inspection was regarding violations cited during an inspection held on January 31, 2020, February 6, 2020, February 21, 2020, February 25, 2020, March 12, 2020, and March 16, 2020. There were 59 children present in eight classrooms and in the care of seventeen staff members. Seven classrooms were toured, three staff members were interviewed, policies, documents, and staff files were reviewed. There were no violations of the licensing standards.
