Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was initiated on August 27, 2024 and completed on October 4, 2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on August 13, 2024 relating to allegations of staffing and supervision, and programs. The inspector reviewed one child?s record on-site. This inspection included interviews, document review, tour of the facility, and observations. Additional interviews and documentation review was conducted off site.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
