Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 11:30am-3:30pm. There were no children in the direct care and supervision of 1 caregiver. A sample of 3 children?s records, and 2 caregiver's records and 1 household member's record was reviewed. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection.
