Inspector Notes

An unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted today from approximately 8:30am-9:30am. There were a total of 2 children in the direct care and supervision of 2 caregivers. Children were observed eating and playing. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the vendor.
