Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 11:40am-12:50pm. There were 4 children in the direct care and supervision of 2 caregivers. A sample of 4 children?s records, and 2 caregiver's records were reviewed. The children were observed napping. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection. Based on interview and observation, the substitute provider did not record the arrival and departure times of work each day.
