Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was completed on 04/16/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:06 a.m. and ended at 1:49 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 42 children present and 8 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on 06/10/2025. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

Diaper creams shall be inaccessible to children. A tube of diaper cream was observed in a clear plastic drawer in the 3-year-old bathroom that was accessible to children.
Plan of Correction: All teachers were reminded that all creams and lotions are to be locked up and inaccessible to children at all times.

Repeat violation
When food is brought from home the food container must be clearly dated. Multiple thermos bottles were observed in the center older 4-year-old room were not dated.
Plan of Correction: All teachers were reminded to always label all items from home with name and date upon child's arrival. We have been doing random checks to ensure policy is being followed.
