Inspector Notes
This monitoring inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 08/09/2022, between the hours of 9 am to 11:30 am. There were 84 children present, ranging from infant to school-age, with 16 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 5 children records, and 7 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined that there were (2) non-compliances with the applicable standards. These violations were documented on the Violation Notice issued to the center.

2Evidence -
1. On the date of inspection (08/09/2022), the most recent fire inspection was dated - 03/24/2021.
2. This was confirmed by the Center Director on the date of inspection.
Evidence -
1. On the date of inspection (08/09/2022), within the Infant C Room, Staff #3 did not was her hands after diapering Child #6.
2. Staff #3 was observed wearing gloves. The hands of Child #6 was also not washed after diapering.
