The children were observed engaged in water play activities, diapering, free play in the playroom and eating lunch. The lunch menu included BBQ beef patty, slider buns, cauliflower, pineapples and milk. The outdoor play area was also assessed for compliance. A total of 4 children's records, 6 staff records, attendance, accident report logs, medications and emergency drill records were reviewed.
