Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted September 14 2022 between 10:45 am and 11:45am. There were 5 children in the care of 2 caregivers. Children were observed playing on the playground, reading, and washing hands. A review of the household records, staffing records, child records, emergency drills, emergency plan, and emergency supplies was conducted.
