This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, and documentation review..
A monitoring inspection was conducted on February 15, 2022. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 6 children present with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

3Evidence:
Adult 1 did not have the results of a central registry check on file. The background check was submitted in the required time frame, but the results have not been received and documented follow up with the agency was not available for review on the date of inspection.
Evidence:
Adult 1's record did not contain the results of a negative Tuberculosis screening.
Evidence:
Child 1's record did not contain addresses for two persons to contact in the event that parents cannot be reached.
