Inspector Notes

A complaint inspection was conducted on December 12, 2022 in response to a complaint that was received by the department on November 18, 2022, regarding allegations in the care of the children at the center. Staff were interviewed, staff files were reviewed, documentation of emergency preparedness and staff to children ratio was reviewed, school policies were reviewed, and a tour of the facility was conducted. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law. No violations were issued.
