Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 9/8/21 and concluded on 9/10/21. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 3 children in care, for a total of 7 points, with the provider. A total of 1 children's record and 2 provider/household member records were reviewed. Children were observed resting quietly during nap time. First aid and emergency supplies, documentation of emergency practice drills and family day home postings were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
