Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 04/27/22 from 11:15am until 12:25pm. At the time of entrance, there were 5 children in care, for a total of 12 points, with the provider. A sample of 2 children's records and 2 provider/household member records were reviewed. Children were observed engaging in free play and transitioning to lunch. Toileting and hand washing procedures were also observed. First aid and emergency supplies, the emergency preparedness plan, documentation of emergency practice drills and family day home postings were reviewed. The provider stated there have been no accidents or injuries to children in care since the last inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
