An unannounced inspection was conducted on 11/21/22 in response to a complaint received by the department on 11/10/22. The complaint was related to the center's procedures for reporting illnesses to parents. 2 staff members were interviewed, illness notifications were reviewed and 2 children's records were reviewed.
