Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 7/23/2024. The on-site inspection began at 12:20 pm and ended at 1:15 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance
in the areas listed above. There were 5 children present and 3 caregivers. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records
and 3 staff records on-site.
This inspection included document review, policies and procedures, emergency planning,
tour of the program, interviews and observation observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or
law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
