Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted today. There were 6 children present with 2 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. Some violations were issued. Based on review of the daily record of attendance, the record was incomplete.
Evidence:
The records of attendance do not include arrival and departure for each child.
Plan of Correction: Arrival and departure will be recorded for each child at the time of their arrival and departure.

Based on review of children's records, one written care plan for a child diagnosed with a food allergy was not found.
Evidence:
An allergy written action plan was not found for Child #1.
Plan of Correction: The parent will provide the doctor with the written allergy action plan to complete and sign.
