Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/23/2022. 7 children (20pts) were in attendance with 2 caregivers. The physical space, 3 children's records, Provider/household member documents, posted documents, evacuation drills, attendance records and other required documents were reviewed. No medications were on site. Children were observed interacting with the caregivers and playing with dramatic play toys. Developmentally appropriate materials were available for the children. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the Violation Notice issued to the program. Based on record review and interview with the Provider, a Criminal History Check was not completed for a household member over the age of 18. Evidence: Household member A did not obtain a Criminal History Check once they turned 18.
Plan of Correction: We will schedule the appointment today and send the results once they are received.
