An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 1/29/2025 and completed on 1/29/2025. The on-site inspection began at 12:45PM and ended at 1:25PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 8 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 20. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records, pet records and caregiver/household member records.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.

Standard 8VAC20-800-140-B-3
Providers shall have current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), as appropriate to the age of the children in care, from the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, American Safety and Health Institute, or the National Safety Council, or current CPR certification issued within the past two years by a community college, a hospital, a rescue squad, or a fire department.

CPR certification for Caregiver 1 and Caregiver 2 expired 3 weeks ago.
Plan of Correction: We will sign up for classes right away and send the certification once received.
