Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 4/20/21. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 12 children (28 points) and 3 caregivers present. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 3 children?s records, 3 caregiver's records and 1 household member's submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. A virtual walk through of the family day home was conducted to assess the indoor and outdoor space used for the children. There were no medications on site. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
