An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 8/20/24, from 9:50 am to 10:30am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 12 children present and 3 caregivers; the point total was 28. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records, 1 household member's record and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included:
? document review: attendance, emergency drill logs, authorization forms, staff certifications
? tour of the family day home
? observations which included but not limited to: outdoor play, bathroom time, free play with age appropriate toys.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
