An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 1/28/25 from 10:35 am to 11:15 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 12 children present and 3 caregivers; the point total was 31. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records, 3 caregiver records and 2 household member's records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the family day home, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
