Inspector Notes
A code compliance inspection was initiated and concluded on January 5, 2024. There were five children in care with three staff including one administrator. children in care ranged in age from 15 months through 4 years old. During the inspection the following code regulations were reviewed but not limited to ratios, health reports were checked for staff, first aid training, hand washing. A single violation regarding lack of carbon dioxide detector was found and cited on the violation notice.
