Plan of Correction: Although Done- 8 days later corrected. The TB records for staff #1 was not done in a timely manner, due to an emergency situation with staff #1. Therefore, this the dates according to requirements are not lined up.

Disposable diapers shall be disposed in a leak-proof or plastic-lined, foot operated storage system. There was not a plastic liner in the trash can where soiled diapers were being disposed.

The diapering area shall have access to a sink with running warm water not to exceed 120?F. There was not a sink near the location of the diaper changing table. Staff had to walk through two rooms to get to the nearest sink. There was not a foot operated diaper disposal system used to throw away soiled diapers.
