Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and interviews. A complaint inspection was initiated on 08/19/2021 in response to complaints that were received by the department on 07/15/2021, 07/30/2021, and 08/03/2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of special care provisions and emergencies. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint was determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection.
