Inspector Notes

The department received a complaint incident regarding allegations in the areas forbidden action on June 8, 2022. A complaint inspection was initiated on June 9, 2022 and concluded on July 26, 2022. The licensing inspector was onsite on June 13, 2022 from approximately 2:50pm until 4:00pm and on July 26, 2022 from approximately 1:20pm until 1:40pm. Observations were made at the center, interviews with staff were completed and documentation was reviewed.

The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law.
