Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 8/18/2023 10:22 a.m. ? 7:00 p.m. There were 123 children present ranging from infants to school age and 16 staff supervising. A renewal inspection was also conducted. Both inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined a violation with applicable standards or laws. A violation notice was issued.
