An unannounced inspection was completed in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 08/11/2023 regarding termination policies. Interviews, child record review, and disenrollment policy review were conducted.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law. The complaint is determined to be not valid.
